Setup Fee (Tables & Chairs Only)
Our setup fee applies when customers request that we set up tables and chairs at their event location. This includes unloading, arranging, and preparing them according to your instructions.
Important:
If your rental includes a drape canopy, setup is already included at no extra charge. In this case, no additional setup fee is required—even if you also rent tables and chairs.
This fee helps cover labor time and scheduling around other events. If you prefer to handle setup yourself, you can avoid this charge by having all items ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.
